FIRM BACKGROUND/OPERATIONS

KET Enterprises Incorporated was incorporated as a Texas corporation in 1989, by Kathleen E. Tyrrell, a real estate professional (sole shareholder and president of KET) with over thirty years' experience in all aspects of real estate finance, acquisition/disposition, management, administration and law, for the purpose of marketing and selling commercial real estate.

Tom Wilkinson, KET's licensing broker, has performed real estate marketing services for institutional and individual investors since 1972. He has a BA in mathematics from Rice University and an MBA in real estate investments from the University of Texas and has owned and operated more than 80 properties in addition to his career as a real estate broker.

Matt Saunders, KET's sales agent, is a licensed Texas real estate salesperson involved in real estate marketing services for institutional and individual investors.  Matt has a BS in Industrial Distribution from Texas A&M University and an MBA in Finance from Rice University.

Faith Chandler, KET's executive assistant, is a licensed Texas real estate salesperson and is responsible for the creation of  marketing packages, modifying KET's website, research, managing digital media and the dissemination of data to buyers and sellers.

Robyn Jenkins and Gina Garrett, KET's administrative assistants, are responsible for interfacing with clients, the creation of marketing packages, and the dissemination of data.  Robyn Jenkins is primarily responsible for the scanning of all data into the firm's document management program, OTG.
