Indian Hill Restaurant & Marina
229 Indian Hill Boulevard, Livingston, TX 77351
The Indian Hill Restaurant, Bar & Event Venue and Marina is located on the waterfront of Lake Livingston, Texas on Indian Hill Boulevard. This location is approximately 5,500 square feet including waterfront patio space and is next to Blanchard Boat Launch off Highway 190. The restaurant has been in this location operating successfully since 1970. In 2015 it was sold to the current owner and underwent a complete renovation including a new bar area and boat docks. The adjacent country store serving boating patrons also was completely renovated and is included in this offering. The restaurant has excellent visibility from both the lake and Highway 190 Blanchard Boat Launch.
The new ownership spent several million dollars in renovations in 2016. These renovations allowed the restaurant business to grow and increased the facility’s income options. The restaurant is now hosting up to 175-guest catering corporate parties, retreats and award presentations, wedding receptions, anniversary parties, holiday events, summer themed weekends in addition to serving breakfast, lunch and dinner on weekends and lunch and dinner Wednesday thru Sunday. A new owner could open the restaurant seven days per week by serving dinner only and keeping the bar open until closing every night. A limited “bar” menu would be available for patrons; however the restaurant would be closed. The area would support a local bar venue such as this. The bar is currently well equipped to handle these patrons; as it has two 70” wide screen TV’s and 3 more 60” screen TV’s (distributed throughout the bar area and screened patio area). The restaurant has not realized its full potential and has unlimited options for social events such as wedding receptions, anniversary parties, retirement parties, and as a local gathering place for off-season residents.
