The Pecore St Apartments, is a two story, apartment community located in the Heights submarket of Houston, Texas.  The asset was constructed in 1965 and per HCAD was renovated in 2013.

The Heights is a gentrifying neighborhood in near north Houston.  Rents in the area for heavily rehabbed properties are very strong, as high at $1.80/ft! Currently there are no reported leasing concessions.

The Greater Heights area of Houston comprises a large, mostly- residential neighborhood just minutes northwest of Downtown.
