The MATRIX STUDENT HOUSING BUILDING is located between University of Houston and Texas Southern University. The MATRIX is new construction with solid concrete podium and steel-wood frame five-story structure with 94 units.

The rapid growth of the enrollment and employment guarantees the MATRIX a solid rent roll. There is a Metro across the street which offers easy commuting for variety of the renters.
